History

Get Better Academy was founded in 2013 in Prague, Czech Republic. Thanks to top quality development program, GBA immediatelly established as elite Czech junior basketball destination.

Over the years iGBA became a European destination or maximizing basketball talent as national team players from Serbia, Spain, Latvia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Bahamas, Israel, Poland and other countries have joined the academy, seeking sklil development and better basketball future. In 2019 academy united with profesional club Basket Jindrichuv Hradec and created an environment where players can take advantage of fully professional conditions and explode into highest levels of basketball.

Get Better Academy accomplishments

• In 8 years signed 50 players to scholarships in USA
• In 8 years signed 10 players to professional contracts, including to Euroleague teams.
• Cholet mondial 34th tournament champions
• Adidas next generation Euroleague participant in 2017 and 2018
• Czech U17 and U19 champions in 2016
• Czech U19 champion in 2019Mens 1 liga Champion in 2019
• Since 2013 every season F4 participant and medal winner in Czech Republic
• Undefeated in Netscouts invitational tournament, Rhode Island, USA
